The Mid-Careerist Empowerment Forum is designed for the established professional who has achieved relative years of success in the healthcare industry but is looking to transition to the next level or transform their career. The session will provide insight and advice on how to accelerate the process and will include speakers who are senior leaders in the industry. An executive leader from NAHSE will lead participants through developing a personal career plan. This forum will encourage networking during the conference and provide an opportunity for one mid-careerist to receive a one year mentoring pairing with one of our top senior executives.
